He can't open the print dialog box from any application--Mail, Firefox, Quickbooks, Word, etc. He can't print anything at all because the dialog box won't open when selecting and or clicking the print icon if there is one in that application.

I just purchased a new iMac with iWork. When I open a Word doc. (via Office for Mac-carryover from my old iMac) it opens but will not print. To print it, I have to convert it to Pages, but in the conversion some fonts are incorrectly substituted and create text errors.
